We took our award winning trail dust and added our own Alder Smoked Paprika creating an Alaskan version of a Memphis style rub. Shake liberally on beef, pork and chicken to season prior to cooking for your own competition style barbecue. It works well on roasted baby potatoes, corn on the cob and mac & cheese.
